Under limited supervision the Communication Technician performs routine troubleshooting call, outage repair, on-call duty, construction maintenance, cable installations, disconnects, pre-wires, service calls, wiring for residential and business customers in accordance with procedures and practices

Key project management responsibilities include creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the triple constraint for projects, which are; cost, time, and quality.  Directs and monitors all activities for medium to large, medium to high risk, major technology-based projects from initiation to delivery.

Position for Support Technician.  This position to include responsibilities such as providing technical support, troubleshooting computer and network problems, and other related duties.
